We use the Story Board to visualize and communicate key interactions between the user and the system. Through this we show the experience of the proto-people from the first contact with the app to the hiring, including pain points, opportunities, emotions, actions and thoughts of them, for which key moments were identified, generating empathy and better understanding their needs and frustrations to design a more effective user experience.

An empathy map was made with the aim of understanding the motivations, concerns and experience of the different user profiles for What’s Up, Doc? From this methodology, a general overview of the worries, pain points, aspirations, feelings and habits of the users was obtained, which helped to give greater context and to be able to make design decisions that take into account each of these aspects.

After carrying out this methodology, it was obtained that: The functionality of several components is unclear. There is inaccuracy in the scheduling request services. There is no consistency in the information presented. There are gaps in information and technical words that generate doubts in the user.
